TEACHER TRAINING COURSE
VINYASA FLOW

This training has been especially formatted for:

- Yoga students with the intention of learning and teaching VINYASA FLOW
- Yoga students with a deep desire of moving forward to deepen their own practice
- Students and people with a spiritual vision and the desire to learn techniques to withdraw and expand into higher holistic quality of life

Purpose of the training:

- Develop understanding of the beauty and the infinite potential of the Human Being
- Rediscover the purpose of the Spirit, intention, reflection, and prayer
- Learn the Principles of VINYASA flow ( movement with breath)
- Learn Optimal techniques for teaching (80 asana), with comprehension and benefits of each asana
- Learn Class Organization, sequences, principles of alignment, techniques for making modifications and adjustments of students
- Learn the basics of Energetic centers of the body, chakras and Energetic Anatomy
- Learn principles of nutrition and the Yoga Diet
- Learn Yoga for Pregnancy. Benefits and qualities of yoga practice during gestation
- Study of Sutras & Limbs of Yoga
- Introduction to Bhakti Yoga, devotions, chants and mantras

Course Completion Provides:

Yoga ALLIANCE required 200 hours RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) Teacher Training for International Certification, good to work in USA and Abroad.

200 h Vinyasa Yoga Certification
Duration: 6 weekends
Schedule: Saturday-Sunday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Application and payment
1. Fill out the application.
2. The applicant will receive a welcoming letter with details about the Teacher Training.
3. Cost is $250 per weekend. The total training is $1500. Payments of $250 can be made through PayPal, or by check or cash.

Cancellation conditions
In the case that a reservation is canceled, the $250 will be refunded. Once the course has begun no refund will be available.
